Privacy by Restraint
This website provides a limited business contact form for lenders and authorized property representatives. It does not accept case-level vehicle information, documents, payments, release requests, or public vehicle lookups.
Information you should not send
Do not send vehicle identification numbers, license plates, owner or lienholder information, signatures, identification records, or other personal case documents through an unapproved channel.
Business inquiry information
If you use the contact form, Authorized Impound stores the business contact information and general message you choose to provide so the company can review and respond to your inquiry. The form asks for your name, company or property, email and/or phone number, preferred reply method, city, state, inquiry type, and a general message.
Do not use the form for VINs, license plates, account or borrower information, vehicle-owner information, signatures, identification records, photographs, or case documents. Contact-form information is used to respond to and manage the business inquiry; it is not used for advertising.
Access and retention
Access to business inquiries is limited to people responsible for reviewing and responding for Authorized Impound. Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, protect the form from misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
