Authority first
Built for Authorized Property Representatives
Authorized Impound is designed for the people and organizations responsible for private property—not motorists seeking roadside towing, vehicle release, payment, or an impound-lot lookup.
One shared starting point
Each request begins with three questions: Who is responsible for the property? Where is the property located? What non-sensitive facts explain why the vehicle requires review? The answer then branches into the Missouri Form 4669 process or the Kansas process.
Property managers
For managers responsible for multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use property who need a jurisdiction-aware paperwork starting point.
Owners and lessees
For owners or lawful lessees addressing a vehicle on property they control, subject to current state and local requirements.
Security managers and companies
For security professionals acting with verified property authority. A job title or vendor relationship is not treated as automatic authorization.
Parking operators
For operators acting for a private facility with verified authority—not for general parking enforcement, patrol, or permit services.
What to have ready
- The property address and municipality
- Your relationship to the property
- The vehicle’s general location
- A non-sensitive description of the concern
Do not send VINs, plates, signatures, identification records, owner/lienholder data, or case documents through an unapproved channel.
What this public site does not provide
No roadside towing, vehicle lookup, impound-lot hours, release, storage, payment, title acquisition, or individualized legal advice is offered through this website. Those boundaries keep the site focused and prevent misdirected requests.
